Say Hello to Stress-Free Holidays!!!

The holidays are a season of JOY! I love the celebrations, the traditions, and special moments with family. While sure there's plenty to manage, and lots to do, these tips can help you walk in the FULLNESS of peace and joy that this season brings. 🙏🏼 Here are some tips!

Quiet Time First Thing Begin each morning with some quiet time. Grab your coffee and set some time aside before the busy day begins. Whether it’s reading some scripture from the Bible, doing a devotional, or praying, this is the BEST way to set yourself up for peace… Walking with Jesus! I also love to take time to PLAN out my day. To get some order and look over my day/week ahead. Here’s the planner I’ve been loving.

Take a Winter Walk Don’t let the chill keep you indoors! Bundle up, and get outside for a walk. It’s amazing what a little fresh air (and sunshine) can do for your spirit!

Spend Time Being THANKFUL Add gratitude to your daily routine. Every day, take a moment to think about the things you’re thankful for. You could do this over morning coffee, as you're setting up for the day, or in the evening as you wind down. You can even write them out on a piece of paper and keep them in front of you throughout the day.

Give Generously Look for opportunities to give—maybe it's volunteering at a local shelter, donating to a charity, or helping a neighbor in need. Giving doesn’t just make the world a better place; it makes you feel great, too. It is more blessed to GIVE than to receive. Look for people and places you can make a difference this season.

Begin incorporating these tips throughout the holiday season! This year, let’s slow down, walk in peace, and LOVE those around us!
