Recognize and Celebrate Your Non-Scale Victories!

Hey there, friend! Hope you are having a wonderful week. Wanted to share this testimony from one of my recent FASTer Way clients. I am SO incredibly proud of her. Check out her wins below!

My Top Five Accomplishments During the FWTFL Program:

1) I kicked my sugar addiction to the curb!

2) My energy has increased and I am sleeping so much better.

3) I feel so empowered and much stronger both physically & mentally; due to the challenging daily workouts.

4) I am cooking many more delicious dairy & gluten free healthy recipes than I ever have before.

5) I changed my mindset about food and now I see food as "FUEL" for the body.  I am more mindful of what I am eating and WHY I am eating!

Friends, THIS is what it’s all about! It’s not about reaching a number on the scale. Remember, a number on the scale does NOT mean good health.

The scale can’t measure your energy levels.

The scale can’t measure the way your jeans are fitting.

The scale can’t measure the healthy foods you’re cooking for your family.

The scale can’t measure the way you sleep at night.

The scale can’t measure the heavier weights you’re trying during your workout.

Let’s stop giving our power to the scale and defining our worth by it says. Throw the scale away and ditch it altogether!

Instead, choose to remember the truth: Your body is a masterpiece that has been created by God. Your body is temple of the Holy Spirit that is created to do GREAT things. Your body can do hard things. You are stronger than you think. Honor and celebrate it for what God made it to be! You are worth it!
