To make the bowl base, combine:
80 grams kale, chopped
2 medium bananas
100 grams pineapple, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
100 grams strawberries, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 scoop Collagen (I love this kind!)
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until desired consistency.
TOP WITH: Gluten-free granola, blueberries, sliced strawberries, sliced banana, raspberries, melted peanut or almond butter, coconut, hemp seeds, chia seeds or nuts.
PRO TIP: Once made, store single servings in snack size zip lock bags and freeze to be eaten later.
