immune boosting + gut health friendly mocktail

  • Take your favorite flavor of Spindrift sparkling water (this is the brand I recommend!)

  • Stir in 1-3 tbsp of chia seeds. (Chia seeds are power houses that have a balance of protein, fat, and fiber which offers a stable source of energy! And the fiber is great for your gut!)

  • Stir in 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar "with the mother"

  • Let sit 5-10 minutes and be sure and stir so the chia seeds don't stick together!

  • If you want it a little sweeter, add in a few splashes of fresh squeezed orange juice.

I like to drink this one in mid afternoon for a little pick me up. So many benefits. ENJOY!
