HEALTHY “CANDY BARS”

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Pitted medjool dates

  • Clean Peanut Butter- no added palm oil or sugar! Salt is fine. I like using crunchy peanut butter. You can also use almond butter!

  • Chocolate Chips- I like EnjoyLife or Lily’s because of the ingredients

**BONUS- Flaky sea salt

DIRECTIONS:

  • Now, these are simple and don’t require much work. Here’s what you do!

  • Open up the dates and put a little PB inside. Dip in melted chocolate, top with flaky sea salt, and pop into the freezer until set.

These are DELICIOUS enjoyed frozen. Good luck making them last… They will go quick! 😂
