Ginger Apple Sauce

In a pot combine:

4 large honey crisp apples, chopped

1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

1/4 -1/2 cup water

Dash cinnamon

Simmer all ingredients together on medium-low heat, stirring until apples soften and until desired consistency (I like to make mine chunky!) Enjoy!

P.S. Fresh ginger and lemon are great to boost your immunity!
