Clementine Creamsicle
MACROS (If you eat the whole bowl!)

- 4 clementines, peeled, broken into sections and frozen
- 1/2 cup CocoWhip
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
- Freeze clementines on parchment lined sheet for 1- 2 hours.
- Drop into a food processor and pulse until creamy like sorbet, add the CocoWhip and vanilla extract.
- Give it a few more pulses in food processor. Eat the whole bowl or spoon into 3 small dessert bowls.
