Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 TBL chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sweetener of choice (I used 3 packets of stevia!) You could also use honey or maple syrup.
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients into mason jar and combine. Shake every couple minutes until the chia seeds start to puff up.
Then add 1/3 cup chunky unsweetened cinnamon applesauce.
Once fully combined, refrigerate until pudding is thick. Once thickened, top with a dollop of homemade applesauce and ENJOY!
HOMEMADE APPLESAUCE 🍏 I make mine homemade by cooking fresh, peeled apples, a few dashes of cinnamon and a little water until apples are tender and sauce is thick/chunky. Store in fridge and use for chia seed pudding or for other fave recipes or as a side dish.
