We focus on fueling our bodies with foods the way God created them– in their most natural state! Staying away from processed foods and unpronounceable ingredients is key.

Hey there! I’m Renee, a health coach for women just like you.

In 1984, fresh out of high school, I started working in the fitness industry. Training clients, teaching classes, I loved every bit of it! In February of 2017, in the middle of menopause, osteoarthritis started in both my knees and so I got stem cell therapy. I was in so much pain that I couldn’t sleep at night. I’d always been so active and for the first time, I was unable to move and unable to do the very thing God had created my body to do. On top of that, menopause belly fat had set in, knew something needed to change.

Late one night, I came across a program called the FASTer Way to Fat Loss®. I figured I had nothing to lose, so I decided to give it a try. After my first round, I couldn’t believe the way I was feeling. I had energy, my jeans fit again, I felt like ME again. Because of my profound success with the program, I decided to become a FASTer Way coach in 2018. I wanted to show women having the same struggles that I had the transformed lives they can live through this program.

I believe God’s calling on my life is to come alongside women who have struggled with their health and well-being and to lift them up with sustainable lifestyle changes and spiritual mentorship. I am passionate about empowering midlife women to build a healthy lifestyle that they can maintain for years to come. I love coaching my ladies to have a positive mindset and watching their bodies transform, and their confidence grow, and their faith restored and renewed. This is my calling and I’m happy and proud to see women like YOU take this step to becoming all God has called you to be!
